Meet local Black women and girls as we indluge in meditation with a sound bath, enjoy custom tea blends, pull tarot cards, & more. This afternoon of pampering and self-care is an opportiunity to meet other Black women and girls living, working, studying, and growing up in San Luis Obispo County. The day will include guided mediation and sound bath with Joy Wilkins Massage Therapy , custom tea blends, and stations to pull tarot cards and give ourselves facials. Refreshments provided. Meditation will include gentle movement and regular clothing can be worn. Please note this is not a fitness class and yoga mats will not be used. Blankets and bolster pillows provided.
